Public Versus lobbies force you to learn through blood, sweat, and tears. The Crib puts you on the fast track to improvement: you’ll play alongside 1–2 experienced teammates who give tips and explain mistakes – with manual team balancing by a Crib game manager.

They’re simple: be respectful to teammates and opponents; play the entire match without leaving; and if you need to leave due to an emergency, let the game manager know – we’ll find a sub.
We mainly focus on Left 4 Dead 2, but we also play games like Among Us, Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Apex Legends, Dead By Daylight, Lethal Company, Fortnite, Roblox, board games, social games, and more.
Nope! We welcome players of all skill levels. In some games, you'll see tournament players get teamed up with newcomers who have zero Versus hours – and everyone still has fun.
We have players from the Americas, Europe, and Asia, so basic English is a must. You'll also need a microphone for Discord voice chat.
We host 2-3 games daily starting from 18:00 Berlin time (CET/CEST). That is Your local time loading... .
An experienced game manager manually creates the teams, taking several factors into account: player skill, communication level, teammate preference, and more. While blowouts do (rarely) happen, most of the final scores end up pretty close.
Once you pick the @L4D2VERSUS role, you'll start receiving Discord notifications
for our matches in the Make-a-Lobby channel. Press the Join Queue button
and the bot will ping you when the queue has reached 8 players. If you didn't make it in time, use the
Join As Extra button: someone may give you their spot.
We’re not a Silicon Valley startup. When it comes to our members, we value quality over quantity. We’d rather welcome one polite player than several with anger issues.
